ABOUT THE FILM

Estonia, 1988. It is the end of August, school is about to start, and Helen and her friends are making most of their summer break. The tension and anxiety in Tallinn have not yet reached the young people of Southern Estonia and therefore there is no concern. When Helen's mother goes missing, the girl is faced with great uncertainty. It is a time when nothing is certain anymore - neither in the country nor in the young girl's life.
